One record

A member is one row, with many facets

Their Discord account, their FiveM identifiers, their rank and callsign, their applications, their duty history and their discipline. Not five tools that each know a fraction of the story.

  • Nothing is copied, so nothing driftsWhitelist eligibility, Discord roles and in-game job grade are worked out from rank, status and discipline every time they are asked for.
  • Discipline follows the person, rank follows the characterMulti-character servers get this right: a suspension cannot be dodged by switching character, and a department head keeps their access while off duty.
  • Every action is on the recordAn append-only audit log written by the dashboard, the bot and the game server. Nothing is edited, nothing is deleted, on any plan.

What it does

Everything your community runs on

It talks to your FiveM server

A versioned QBox resource, not a status embed. Whitelist checked at connect, Discord accounts linked to FiveM identifiers, bans that sync both ways, player lookup from Discord, and in-game job grades that follow the rank somebody holds.

How the integration works →

Factions & ranks

Ranks, sections, callsigns that assign themselves, permission-carrying flags and custom columns.

Applications

Every field type, requirement gating, multi-stage review, and one-click appointment on approval.

A Discord bot that is part of the same system

Slash commands for the things staff do every day, role sync, nickname formatting, per-event logging, moderation cases, automod and a public appeal portal. Scoped permissions, never Administrator.

Duty tracking

Clock on from the web, from Discord or in game. Pauses, auto-close on disconnect, quotas with shortfall alerts, leaderboards, and history that is never trimmed.

Leave

Request, approve and deny with a scoped permission. Status and Discord roles apply and revert on their own, extensions and early returns included.

Discipline

Strikes with expiry and automatic thresholds, full case management with evidence, penalties, appeals, and suspensions that block duty everywhere until they lapse on their own.

Documents

Handbooks and SOPs in an autosaving editor, drafts and published versions, access by Discord role, searchable — and readable on the in-game tablet.

Tickets

Channels or threads, intake forms, a shared queue with claims and priorities, internal notes, and HTML transcripts kept for as long as you want them.

Server protection

Anti-raid and anti-nuke with configurable thresholds, exempt roles, automatic lockdown and a firing history you can read afterwards.

Audit log

Append-only, written by the dashboard, the bot and the game server alike. Nothing is edited and nothing is deleted, on any plan.

API & webhooks

A REST API with scoped keys and published rate limits, plus signed event webhooks. On every plan, including the free one.

Questions

The things people ask first

How is it priced?

Per community, not per person. One price covers everyone on your staff team — owners, department heads, reviewers, whoever else you add. Growing the team never changes the bill.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. It is free permanently, with three factions, unlimited members, unlimited duty history and the full game integration. If you never outgrow it, you never pay.

Do you do refunds?

No — and that is why the free plan is a real one rather than a trial. Use it for as long as you like before you pay anything. You can cancel whenever you want and keep everything until the period you have paid for ends, and if we charge you twice or charge you after you cancelled, that is our mistake and we fix it.

Should I pay monthly or yearly?

Monthly, until you are sure. Yearly saves you two months, but there are no refunds, so it is worth running a few months of real shifts through FiveHQ before committing to a year of it.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your community drops back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and exports keep working, so you are never locked in by a lapsed subscription.

Which frameworks do you support?

QBox is what the resource is built and tested against today. If you run something else, talk to us before you switch — we would rather tell you it is not ready than have you find out on a Friday night.

Start on the free plan

Three factions, unlimited staff and the whole game integration, permanently. Move up when your community outgrows it, not before.
