Your data
Who owns it
Your community owns its data, not whoever created the account. A community can have several owners, ownership is a role rather than a person, and it can pass to somebody else without anything being rebuilt.
What is stored
Discord accounts and the FiveM identifiers a player has presented, faction appointments, applications and their answers, duty history, leave, tickets, documents and disciplinary records. Identifiers are kept as a set rather than a single value, because a ban that can be shaken off by presenting a different identifier is not a ban.
Taking it with you
Every community can export everything it holds, on every plan including the free one. One archive: JSON for the complete record, plus CSV for the tables you would actually open in a spreadsheet — members, characters, factions, ranks, appointments, applications, discipline, bans, duty and tickets. No plan gate, no support request, and no charge to leave.
Deleting your community
You can delete your community from its own settings screen. You confirm by typing the community name, and the export is offered in the same place, because leaving with your data is the point. Everything goes dark immediately — dashboard, bot and whitelist. The records are then held for 30 days so an accident or a compromised account can be undone, and erased for good after that.
The audit log
Append-only and never trimmed, on every plan. Entries are not edited and not deleted, and that is deliberate: a disciplinary record whose history can be quietly rewritten is not worth keeping.
